Will Cafiero, native New Yorker, has been fascinated with real estate since he was a small child. At the age of nine, he would tag along with his grandmother, a New York City RealtorŪ. Will attended college at the prestigious, full-scholarship Cooper Union for the Advancement Science and Art in lower Manhattan. It was there childhood lessons from his Grandmother were fortified. He recalls, on his very first day he learned that the Cooper Union Endowment was comprised of properties purchased by Peter Cooper in the 1800's. It was Peter Cooper's extraordinary vision that built the empire that today funds a $40 million dollar plus annual budget. |
